A glorious Easter at Gloucester Quays...

...and a perfect debut for Bodhi the Seven Mile food truck!

Great Taste Markets and Gloucester Quays orchestrated #SpringFest2015, a celebration of all things sunny! An artisan market, crafts, cakes, jewellery and most importantly GOOD FOOD!

Everyone loved the truck and she even made a new friend, the Big Red Bus Bar. We thought they made rather a handsome sight together in the sunshine!

Fish and chips, cider and sunshine - what else do you need!

Fish and chips, cider and sunshine - what else do you need!

Our delicious gluten free fish and chips went down a storm and even we were surprised at how many people now follow a gluten free diet. Needless to say we created a lot of happy faces amongst those who are used to not being able to eat at all at such events. Jake's cider batter recipe was much discussed as customers returned to find out the secret to such delicious fish; 'the best I have ever tasted'! We might need to make it a trade secret!

 How happy is Jake!

We would love to hear what you think of the new truck now she is out on the road. There are still some finishing touches to be made and we are always open to suggestions from our Seven Mile tribe as to what they would like to see so get in touch with us in all the normal ways.
