Seven Mile is excited to announce it is packing up its horsebox and heading to London for the 2015 Tate Modern Christmas Market.
Embarking on its biggest journey yet, the Seven Mile food truck will be a permanent fixture at London’s Tate Modern Christmas Market between 20th November and 23rd December 2015, where Jake will be serving hearty fare to the Capital’s masses.
Jake confirms, “After a summer of successful and varied festivals and fairs across the UK, we are thrilled to be setting up for a whole month to celebrate Christmas. We are looking forward to introducing Seven Mile to visitors to the market and those working nearby.”
The signature menu of pan fried Herefordshire rump steak and cider battered Cornish Coley, served with chips and homemade sauces, will be a perfect way to keep everyone well fed over the run up to Christmas. It also happens to be gluten free!
Jake continues, “Here at Seven Mile we focus on reinventing ways in which to cook and present traditional British dishes, using produce sourced from quality and genuine local suppliers. With that in mind I am very much looking forward to introducing the Seven Mile style of cooking to London, particularly as we have worked really hard to create such a mouth-watering menu!"
