We have so loved becoming part of the Purity family and ‘popping up’ regularly at the Tap Room on Upper Spernall Farm. There really is nothing better than a delicious drink, hearty food and good company. November 16th will see us at the brewery for the last time, in the near future anyway, so we are going all out with whole roast goose and all the trimmings.

There’s a nod to the American tradition of Thanksgiving in the menu - it’s my favourite adopted holiday from living in the US, not least for the food (don’t worry there are no marshmellows in the potatoes!) but for the idea of taking a day with family, to be grateful and present; a contrast to Christmas which is more about presents! It also gives Jake and me the opportunity to thank you all for your wonderful support.
So , come and eat, drink and be thankful for all that we have - but mainly the beer and food obviously!
