Have you missed us Purity fans? We are so sorry for the long wait; we have been busy cooking up a storm at our local residency at The Holly Bush in Alcester (come see us if you haven’t already!) but we missed you all and have a menu that we think you are going to love.

The date is Friday 29th November, so we might have a little Thanksgiving celebration going on. I am always grateful for Jake’s food, the gorgeous venue that is the Purity tap room and the delicious beers and ciders on offer!

The menu will be:

Pure cider battered turbot with pea puree – Pure Cider
Wild mushroom and truffle arancini – Helles Lager
Jugged hare on toast - Locally shot hare braised in Longhorn IPA - Longhorn
Venison carpaccio - seared venison fillet served raw with a salsa verde – Mad Goose

Charred lamb with those amazing garlic and rosemary roasted potatoes and delicious autumn vegetables - UBU

Tandoori monk fish, roasted Mediterranean vegetables and pomegranate couscous - Lawless

Caramelised passion fruit tart – Kveik IPA

If you haven’t joined us before, The Purity Tap Room, based on the 500 year old Upper Spernall Farm, provides a perfect backdrop for Jake’s hearty, home cooked food  -with each delicious morsel paired with one of Purity’s perfectly crafted beers. A match made in heaven!

As before, this intimate evening is restricted to 20 tickets so please click here to buy your tickets online.
